So, I've been lazy today and browsing all kinds of sites, and I come across a string of blogs pertaining to women being unattractive. As a woman who has always considered herself quite plain, and saw nothing wrong with that, I was curious what people's standards are. This string of blogs let me know just how out of touch people are with reality.  They displayed pictures of girls and women who cropped a picture of their face out from the rest of their pictures and proceeded to say how all fat girls should do this.  The comments were worse still.  All of these, no doubt scabby and nasty, men making commentary on a woman's body.  Like someone d

Everyone and their grandma knows the saying "practice makes perfect"... but my new saying for now is "practice makes decent".  As of right now I have 0 skillz.  I am hoping that by practicing my sketches and actually planning the artwork out, that I will become a decent artist. Maybe even a great artist someday if there really IS talent lurking somewhere deep down inside of me ^_^.

I feel like I could be talented somewhere deep inside of me, but it is completely covered with n00b.  I need to dust out the cobwebs that are in my brain and get down to business.... and I need a scanner.
